Welcome to our 4-bedroom private holiday pool villa in Pattaya, Thailand.
Everything You Need
Our villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. We have 4 double bedrooms, 2 large lounges, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a guest kitchen, large swimming pool, poolside patio and a private car park area that can store 2 cars outside in a gated space.

Upstairs Lounge
The upstairs lounge is large too, plenty of floor space and seating. There's also a lounge downstairs which you'll see in the Gallery page.
Upstairs Dining Area
The main dining area has everything you need for large group breakfast, lunches and dinners with comfortable seating for your fine dining.
Poolside Shaded Seating
The large seating area next to the swimming pool has plenty of space, is comfortable and shaded. It overlooks the pool and garden space.
Downstairs Kitchen Area
The large downstairs kitchen / dining area is very well equipped, spacious and close to the pool.
Spacious Double Bedrooms
Here's one of our double-bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own style/theme. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Bathrooms & Showers
Our bathrooms are very well configured too. Wash basins, bath tubs, showers. Each have towels and other accessories which you need.
Pool View
The pool is available all hours of the day and is 6-meters wide by 9-meters long.
Private Gym, Fitness
Fitness fanatics who enjoy a hardcore daily workouts are well catered for. And Yoga, no problem. There's lots of floorspace in the villa.

When you book with us direct, you save on platform fees. You also have the option to pay a deposit and the final payment upto 1-month before arrival. If you have any questions, please submit them through a Reservations Enquiry and we will reply by email.
