How do we check if our dates are available?

Using our Reservations page to submit your enquiry will allow us to check our planner to see if your preferred dates are available. If they are, our reply will also include pricing for your group, based on the information provided to us. If the dates are not available, we'll inform you of the closest alternative dates.

How many guests can stay in the villa?

There is a maximum guest limit of 8 people, regardless of age.

Do you have a villa manager?

Accepted Answer

There is no on-site villa manager. We have a villa check-in and check-out process.

Question 4

Do you have a maid service?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is a maid service. The maid will clean the hard-surface areas daily, and make sure that bedding or towels are refreshed as instructed by our schedule, usually every 3-days for towels, and bedding changed weekly.

Does the maid sleep on-site?

No, she has her own accommodation, away from the villa.

Do you have a chef?

Accepted Answer

There is no chef or chef service. There is a fully fitted kitchen at your disposal, or you can order from many local restaurants to have food delivered to the villa via Grab.

Only if you arrange it yourself — we don't provide a chef service for you.

Food recommendations?

There are cafes, restaurants and bars all around. However, we can highly recommend The Lunch Box, a popular cafe just a few minutes from the villa on Pratumnak Road.

Is there a security deposit required?

Yes, we have a procedure of holding a 20,000 THB security deposit in cash from you. Required on arrival.

Does the villa allow non-resident visitors to come join at the villa for the day?

Accepted Answer

No. The villa is available for use by the paying guests who are staying at the villa, not for use by friends or family staying elsewhere.

Can we organise a party and invite friends?

Sorry, no — the villa is for the use of paying guests staying at the villa only.

Stag party? Hen party?

Sorry, no. These kind of parties are not allowed, they damage the property.

Does the villa allow 'sleepover' guests, aka 'joiners'?

Accepted Answer

Yes, however the maximum occupancy rule of 8 guests is fixed and must not be exceeded. In addition, we recommend that you keep a copy of their Thai ID card in case of any issues. As the paying guest, you are responsible for any inappropriate action or damage caused by the joiner — having their ID card details on hand can be very useful in such a case.

Does the villa allow pets?

No. Pets are not allowed. You can bring the kids though!

Do you have motorbikes to rent to us?

No, but there are many rental shops available close by.

Can you arrange our day trips, excursions, etc?

No, but there are many tour agents in the area. They will all have lots of options for you.

There are washing machines and dryers in the villa, but if you prefer to use a laundry service, there are many nearby.

Will the maid wash our clothes for us?

No. That's not part of her role.

No. There's no jacuzzi.

It's cleaned twice per week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

No. There's no BBQ grill around the pool area.

Yes, fast internet is available by WiFi throughout the villa.

How is the electric usage measured and how do we pay for what we use?

Accepted Answer

There's an allowance of 100kw per day and then 7 baht per unit after that. The electric meter reading is taken at the start/end of your stay, then you pay the amount owed. Be conscious about your usage and there will be no surprises.

Yes. There's 1 travel cot and 1 high chair.

Does the villa have a first-aid box available in case of emergencies or basic accidents?

Yes. There is a first-aid box in the villa.
