Royal Grand Villa sits on the headland between Jomtien Beach and Pattaya Beach. It's ideally situated to take advantage of two beaches as well as being in walking distance to many local shops, restaurants, massage and ATMs.
Airports
Depending on the time of day and any traffic congestion, we're about 1.5-2.0 hours from Suvarnabhumi and about 45-60 minutes to U-Tapao. If you need assistance with your airport transfer, just let us know and we can arrange door-to-door service.
Getting Around
As well as there being plenty of Grab cars (taxi) available, we can help arrange all of your daily transport requirements from local trips, to getting to/from the beach, bar or restaurant.
Local Beaches
Pattaya and Jomtien beaches are two of the best beaches around. With a short drive, there are many more, both north and south of Pattaya's main beaches. Rayong has some great beaches too!

There's so many places within a short distance, you're literally spoiled for choice. However, if you're looking for something specific, or for a special occasion, we know some awesome places to recommend.
Local Facilities
Walk a few minutes from our villa and you're at local shops, restaurants, bars, minimarts, etc. You're not short on any facilities in Pattaya, from sports and fitness to paragliding on the beach!
